NOW HIRING – ARCHITECTURAL MILLWORK SERVICE COORDINATOR – MIDLAND PARK, NJThe primary role of the Service Coordinator is to effectively plan and schedule the daily workflow of the service department while ensuring utmost customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned as needed): Field inbound service requests and follow through to successful completionCommunicate with customers to schedule appointments, confirm service details, provide updates, and address any questions or concernsApproach every customer interaction with a positive and professional attitudeActively maintain and monitor service tracking systemCoordinate Service Technicians' schedules and provide them with the necessary details to support customer needsOrder and track parts needed for service requestsSubmit and track reimbursements from vendorsProactively follow up with customers after completion of service to ensure a high level of satisfactionPerform other administrative tasks as needed to support the service departmentProficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook)Qualifications: (Education and years of experience) High School Diploma or equivalentAbility to read, write, and speak in English2+ years of experience in service coordination, customer service or a related fieldExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesJudgment and thinking (strategic thinking, original thinking, judgment and decision making, problem solving, awareness)Performance skills (accuracy with detail, planning and organizing, efficiency)Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
