Job Title: Architectural Outside Sales Representative – Northeast Region (NYC, Philadelphia, New Jersey).
Location: Remote – Covering NYC, Philadelphia, New Jersey
About the Role: I am seeking a dynamic and results-driven Architectural Outside Sales Representative to join a Market Leading Building Materials Organisation, covering the Northeast region, specifically New York City, Philadelphia, and New Jersey.
In this role, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth by building strong relationships with architects, contractors, and distributors, promoting a leading portfolio of metal products used in architectural and industrial applications.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with architects, contractors, and key decision-makers in the building and construction industryDrive sales growth by promoting innovative metal products, including expanded metal, bar grating, and perforated metal for architectural and industrial useIdentify new business opportunities and manage an existing book of business across the Northeast regionDeliver product presentations and provide technical expertise to assist clients in selecting the right solutions for their projectsCollaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product successQualifications: Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the building materials or metal products industriesStrong knowledge of the architectural and construction markets, with an established network of contacts in the Northeast region (NYC, Philadelphia, New Jersey)Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage architects and contractorsSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently while managing multiple accountsAbility to travel regularly within the territoryWhat We Offer: Competitive salary and commission-based compensation structureComprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and 401K match.
