Job Title: Architectural Project Manager
Job Description
In our firm, project managers have the primary responsibility for one or more projects, from beginning to end.
Initially, to allow you time and experience of getting to know our system and our culture, you will likely spend some time working as a PA with one of our current PMs.
Hard Skills
* 8-10 years as a project manager in architecture, preferably within the municipality industry - public works and public safety
* Ability to manage projects above 10 million dollars
* Ability to manage a team of production (designers/drafters)
Job Type
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 9 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Phoenix, Arizona.
Work Environment
This is a mid-size firm of around 40 people.
Professional work environment based in an office & business casual dress is common.
Dress code could vary based on the amount of client interaction.
The culture is professional and very team-oriented.
Must be able to collaborate and work well with others.
