Regional Architectural Sales Manager – Acoufelt About the company: Acoufelt creates holistic soundscaping solutions with sustainable soft architectural interior acoustic products. About the role: You actively promote Acoufelt products to new and existing clients in the Los Angeles market, coordinating the full sales cycle: from initial client inquiry, creation of opportunity, management of each assigned opportunity, to the signed proposal. The required documentation for each opportunity could include minor drawing sketches, entering and updating of project info into CRM and CPQ systems, quote creation and revisions, entering signed proposals into systems and handoff to operations and finance teams. The prime accountability point in this position will be booked sales in a specified regional area, which includes activity score measurement. Your focus is on maximizing value by concentrating on presale client tasks, including client interaction. You will own and manage specification opportunities with standard, standard with modifications, and custom products. Key Responsibilities: Promote Acoufelt products to new and existing clients Coordinate advancement opportunities from initial client inquiries Create opportunity and manage of each assigned opportunity until the signed proposal Gather required documentation for each opportunity Focus on maximizing value through presale client interaction Work closely with all departments at Acoufelt – Marketing, Business Development, Administration, Design, Engineering and Operations Solve problems on the fly but ask for help from your teammates when you're stuck Record your activities and opportunity information inside the CRM every day Support the maintenance of a clean and accurate sales pipeline for all opportunities in region Be relentless in the creativity and follow up of each opportunity and relationship to maximize progress Meet other key performance indicators set by the team Know how to use CRM, CPQ and Microsoft Office products About you: 4+ years proven track record of success for the sale of architectural product(s) in the market and geographical area of assigned region Loves a good challenge and loves making great relationships Proven track record for the sale of architectural products Ability to pick up and learn new skills quickly Strong collaboration abilities Strong communication skills Can-do attitude to every opportunity that you interact with Driven sales abilities Ability to travel locally 75% of the workweek Benefits: Comprehensive health benefits (including health, vision, dental) 401k contributions PTO Volunteer time off Wellhub membership Competitive salary package and incentives
