Job Description EnlivenHealth Area Account Executive
The Area Account Executive position will focus on generating new business opportunities through selling EnlivenHealth solutions into the Health System Outpatient Pharmacy, Specialty Pharmacy and small Retail Chain space.
The AAE will be responsible for developing new business opportunities to grow the EnlivenHealth customer base and market share while achieving annual quota targets.
Accounts will include new and existing business targets.
The position will require the ability to analyze customer operations, organizational challenges and key initiatives and connect those needs with EnlivenHealth™ solutions and services.
This role will work collaboratively with other Sales and Customer Success team members to ensure a coordinated strategic plan execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:
Demonstrate an understanding of the industry drivers and trends that are impacting our customers and driving their business Identify opportunities for cross-selling new solutions on the EnlivenHealth™ platform, selling add-on and replacement solutions, and lay the foundation for customer success. Meet assigned goals for quota attainment, account strategy development, revenue retention and growth and reference ability in assigned markets and accounts. Develop account specific business plans, execute against them and provide routine business updates. Conduct presentations and demonstrations. Act as both the internal and external customer liaison, balancing both the business and customer needs serving as the customer sponsor, including monitoring and supporting all activity through the appropriate part of our organization and escalating customer issues quickly if problems are not being addressed sufficiently Develop and maintain relationships with senior level executives at assigned accounts to identify opportunities and ensure customer needs are met. Raise awareness of EnlivenHealth™ solutions and effectively communicate EnlivenHealth™ business strategy and value propositions within the customer at multiple levels throughout the organization. Develop and present educational information and contract proposals to assigned accounts. Negotiate and execute contracts in coordination with Contract Operations. Provide an accurate forecast on each opportunity based on critically assessing the sales stage against forecasting methodology.
Required Skills/Knowledge: Demonstrated advanced knowledge and experience with healthcare market. Proven ability to develop account level strategic and tactical plans, successfully executing against measurable metrics. Proven high level of financial acumen and negotiations skills. Proven success in generating and negotiating contracts. Willingness to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multi-task and self-prioritize workload. Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written format Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree 2+ Years successfully selling SasS healthcare software Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Pharmacy and Healthcare SaaS sales Knowledge of relevant products / services / solution offering categories in a technology company Strong negotiation, conflict management & customer service experience Proven ability to develop account-level strategic and tactical plans, successfully executing against measurable metrics. Complex Sales Process Knowledge (Miller Heiman, Challenger) Working Conditions: Field-based position Home office environment Travel required: 25-50%
