Residence Life at Eastern Oregon University (EOU) offers a dynamic environment that thrives on its team members collaborating across the University and town to build community. The Area Coordinator (AC) is a full-time, twelve-month, live-in position. Reporting to the Director of Residence Life, the AC provides administrative, supervisory, student personnel, counseling, and conflict resolution services in a residential setting. As a live-in member of the residence hall staff, the AC works with students in developing an excellent living and learning environment, creating positive learning experiences outside the classroom, and assisting individuals with their personal needs and concerns.
