**Job Description**
**Main Purpose:**
Through subordinate division/branch managers, directs the production, sales & operations for a number of facilities in an assigned geographic area while developing new markets for growth.
**Location:**
May be located in Alabama, Tennessee, Georgia, North Carolina or South Carolina.

**Specific Role Responsibilities:**
* Develop operations plans and direct overall activities to assist in achieving total construction objectives. Responsible for budgeting, production planning, staffing, and equipment.
* Direct (through subordinate managers) activities of sales, field and administrative staff to obtain optimum use of equipment, facilities, and personnel
* Reviews and analyzes expenditure, financial, and operations reports to determine requirements for increasing profits, for assigned divisions. AGMs will generally be accountable for at least 2 non Greenfield Branch/Divisional P&Ls, not including their own Division, if applicable. AGMs will generally not manage a Divisional P&L in addition to their area P&L
* Approves requisitions for equipment, materials, personnel and supplies within limits of approved budget.
* Enforces compliance with policies, procedures, safety rules, and governmental regulations.
* Trains and develops subordinate personnel and approves personnel actions for assigned area.
* Coordinate efforts with appropriate Area Managers or Project Managers and project personnel to field operations are maintained at maximum efficiency across the organization
* Assume additional responsibilities as directed by corporate executives.

**Job Requirements**
* Four year degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or experience in the construction (services) industry
* Minimum of eight years supervisory experience in related industry or environment.
* Advanced understanding of production methods, processes, and supervision of large groups essential.
* Good communicative, interpersonal and supervisory skills required.
* Position has overall P/L responsibility and requires proficient business development, marketing, and sales skills
