We are looking for a leader with a proven history of achieving strong performance in areas such as RevPAR index, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
This is a hands-on role requiring exceptional leadership abilities and a passion for creating outstanding guest experiences.What We're Looking For:A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in the hospitality industry, including prior experience as a General ManageFamiliarity with similar hotel brands and/or industry-leading properties is highly preferredMulti-unit management experience is a plusStrong expertise in revenue management and sales strategiesFlexibility to work evenings, nights, and weekends as neededKey Responsibilities:Oversee and execute hotel accounting and financial managementDrive revenue growth and enhance guest volume.Consistently surpass revenue targets and guest expectationsLead and manage change initiatives, providing clear direction to the teamTrain, inspire, and develop team members for future leadership opportunitiesCultivate a guest-focused culture with a positive, solution-driven attitudeBuild and maintain strong relationships with guests, group organizers, and team membersAddress and resolve conflicts while fostering effective communicationThis position is ideal for a leader who thrives on innovation, collaboration, and delivering excellence in every aspect of hotel management.
