Unit DescriptionWe are makers of good food The Good Eating Company is seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Area Operations Manager - Food to support multiple Corporate Services businesses in Washington DC and Reston Virginia. The position requires a strategic-thinking leader who can work in partnership with multiple clients' vision & expectations while delivering high-quality dining service programs that will achieve high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong executive presence with the ability to work within complex, multiple client organizations. Strong relationship skills are a must to effectively work internally as well as externally to the organization.

Have managed multiple client accounts/restaurantsPossess exceptional leadership, communication, presentation, negotiation, and client relations skills with the ability to work both horizontally & vertically in the organizationHave strong financial acumen with demonstrated success handling complex financial contracts with many aspirational requirementsDemonstrate highly developed organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple and often conflicting priorities, meet deadlines, and proactively address operational and client needsProven ability to develop and motivate a team across multiple sites and clients in a complex environmentHave a cultured culinary palateThe ideal candidate has:

Qualifications & RequirementsBasic Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience: 5 years
Basic Functional Experience: 3 years of experience in operations
