Position Overview: We are looking for a mover and a shaker who is hungry to change the industry.
Our ideal candidate does not need wait for direction and takes pride in rolling up their sleeves to drive revenue growth by building and maintaining relationships with accounts.

Key Responsibilities: • Strategic Sales Planning: Developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and increased brand visibility and awareness.
• Customer Relationship Management: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customer accounts in both on and off premise businesses, while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through excellent service and effective communication.
• Distributor Management: Work with selected distributor(s) to ensure customer order fulfillment and delivery timing, inventory monitoring and re-order timing.
• Sales software platform: Learn and become familiar with CRM and ERP sales platforms.
• Business Development: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including new account acquisition, product expansion, and market penetration strategies.
• Cross Functional Collaboration: Working with the CEO to provide sales specific insights to drive decisions within marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
• Market Analysis: Staying abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
Using this information to identify new business opportunities and potential areas for growth.
• Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Developing accurate sales forecasts, monitor performance metrics, and provide regular reports.
Utilizing data-driven insights to drive decision-making.
• Brand Promotion: Identifying, creating, implementing, and participating in opportunities within the trade including but not limited to demos, tastings, social events, and campaigns to drive promotional activities, enhance brand awareness, and drive sales.
Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree required.
· Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in alcoholic beverages or consumer packaged goods.
· Strong time management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and market trends to make decisions.
· Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion to grow a brand from zero to hero.
· Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends for special events.
