Job Description MDG is seeking an experienced Senior Art Director to join the team!
The Senior Art Director will posses a positive attitude, critical thinking skills and a passion for creating innovative, highly successful campaigns within traditional and digital disciplines are required.
MDG follows a hybrid work model of Monday/Friday remote and Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in our Boca Raton office.
Our scheduled work hours are 9a-6p.
What you'll do: Develop creative solutions for complex marketing projectsConceptualize creative solutions, including traditional, digital, and social media, for a variety of clients within multiple verticalsWrite compelling headlines and execute the concepts visuallyDevelop and maintain client branding guidelines and design standardsDemonstrate in-depth knowledge of traditional and digital printing techniquesManage multiple fast-paced projects efficientlyAssist with presentations to existing and new clientsUnderstand the client's business, vision, and goals Skills Possess a pixel-level attention to detail and a strong design sense, with an eye for typography, composition, and colorHighly proficient in Adobe Creative SuiteBe a team player, working collaboratively with agency team to meet deadlinesSkilled in image manipulation and color correction Requirements Bachelor's degree in advertising, design, or graphic art is preferred.5+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.Portfolio of exceptional integrated campaigns that are brand building and memorable
