Seeking an Art Director to join our marketing team on a temporary basis while the current Art Director is on maternity leave.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding interpreting and applying brand standards, a creative mindset to bring a fresh look to projects, and a commitment to maintaining consistency and quality across all visual materials.
This role includes directing and reviewing work for a graphic designer, ensuring their growth, and providing opportunities for skill development.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in brand work in a corporate setting (i.e.
creative marketing, brand strategy, campaigns, social media, etc.
)
Proficient in Adobe Creative SuiteInDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, After Effects as the primary tools.
Leadership/management experience
Strong interpersonal/communication skills with experience working in highly collaborative, creative environments
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Familiarity with video editing software (Premiere Pro) and web design tools (Figma) is a plus.
Some familiarity with project management systems (Monday, Asana, etc.)
and MS Office (Outlook, Teams, PPT)
