We are divided into 4 main areas: Product Design, Brand Design, Comms Design, and Marketing Design, and we are integrated into different squads with the aim of devising, designing, and developing the entire experience of our products, brands, campaigns, and comms.**What will you be doing**As an Art Director within Cabify marketing design vertical, you will play a pivotal role in our internal creative studio. Your core mission is to ideate groundbreaking concepts and define key visuals for our marketing campaigns and communications. You will be responsible for transforming our brand guides into captivating visuals that resonate with our audiences, setting the visual tone before these concepts are adapted across various channels.You will be in charge of:- Developing and articulating a cohesive visual strategy for our marketing and communication efforts, ensuring alignment with our brand identity.- Executing multi-channel creative ideas together with a copywriter and a creative director.- Conceptualizing and designing online and offline materials, especially OOH formats.- Understanding the needs of the business and providing creative designs to support the overall brand or product communications roadmap.- Share your deep knowledge in a specific field within the team.- Work and collaborate closely with Brand and Marketing teams.- Learn from your mates and inspire the creative team in different disciplines like interaction, illustration, or typography.- Possess a forward-looking marketing vision to anticipate design needs
