The ideal candidate will manage several creative searches at a time and partner with key stakeholders to critically assess talent markets and hit data-driven sourcing targets.In this role, you willJoin a team of talent researchers, who are focused on quality, candidate experience, recruiter partnerships, and stakeholder managementHelp to enhance the team's active, passive, and opportunistic sourcing and recruiting capabilitiesProactively reach out to passive candidates and build a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needsExecute and take ownership of multiple sourcing requisitions in collaboration with stakeholders and recruiting partnersIdentify industry trends and leverage competitive intelligence to develop innovative, targeted sourcing strategiesProvide regular updates to recruiters and hiring managers on sourcing progress, candidate pipelines, and market insightsServe as an expert on sourcing tools such as Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights, and Boolean searches, providing training to new recruiters and researchersWhat we're looking for5+ years of experience in creative sourcing for Art and Design or full-cycle recruiting for Art and Design, managing a diverse set of positions, levels, candidates, and stakeholdersProficiency in various sourcing tools (Art Station, Gem, Github, LinkedIn Recruiter) and advanced sourcing skills, including understanding search strings and identifying candidates outside of traditional sourcing platformAbility to manage talent research in a fast-paced and high-volume environmentClear communicator with strong interpersonal skills
