You'll support the growth of our training department and services in the America region.
YOUR MISSION
Deliverhigh quality training solutions within own pre-defined area to both internaland external audiences using different delivery methods (e.g.
classrooms, OJT,practical) at Sidel, at the customer site or via distance learning.DeliverTechnical Training for internal and external Customers - focus on CustomerSatisfaction.Technicalsubject matter expertise on our Aseptic Solutions.SupportContent Designer on technical training material creation - Support practicaltests definition for customer trainees competences assessments.Supportthe creation and design of training modules for the FSE Training Path Developadvanced knowledge on Sidel product - multi skill.Coach,support and drive the FSEs the technical activities, the troubleshooting andthe reporting deliverables.Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
Technical diploma or equivalent.Specialization in auto-mechanic engineering is a plus.Technicalsubject matter expertise on Technical Training solution area.
Knowledge oftraining content design tools and SW (e.g.
Solid Work, CAD, multimediaanimation creation).Participatein and implement the Qualification program and manage capabilities developmentfor internal and Customer needs.Ensurethe identification and coordination of the Qualification programs according toRegional needs.Ensurethe design, production and availability of new and updated learning solutionmaterials, accordingly to training demand from Customers and internalemployees.
YOUR PROFILE
Bachelor Degree or equivalentTechnical diploma or equivalent.
Specialization in Automation-Mechanic engineering is a plusMandatory English, Spanish is a plusGood understanding of learning solutions and market drivers, trends and innovationsTechnical subject matter expertise on Technical Training solution areaKnowledge of training content design tools and SW (e.g.
Solid Work, CAD, multimedia animation creation)Previous experience as a trainer
