Asian Cuisine Cooks , develop and motivate a team of orient express crew members in order to create a destination experience for our guests. You implement the corporate Asian inspired program while adding your unique skills to improve the overall go-to-market of orient express products in your given location. You will actively prepare and cook fresh Asian cuisine while you assist guests with product selection and sales. Additionally, you are responsible for tracking sales, building displays and stocking and maintaining inventories. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all food safety and sanitation requirements and you actively participate with cleaning and sanitizing food preparation areas, tools and equipment.
