The ASIC Supply Chain Delivery Manager will manage and execute the manufacturing supply operations and fulfilment plan to deliver application specific integrated circuit during mass production.
The ASIC Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for ASIC supply operations & material planning service to drive all aspects of executing ASIC program acquisition, planning/scheduling work orders and manage build execution across semiconductor wafer fabrication foundry and package assembly/test outsource contract manufacturing suppliers.
Responsibilities: Responsible for collection, consolidation and fulfilment of internal customer's MPS (master product schedule) and build plan.They will convert demand requirements into supply build plans for wafer fabrication and package assembly test build applying capacity, yield, and test time constraints, communicate the build plan signal to 3rd party factory vendors, oversee and drive build plan execution, and ensure on-time delivery to fulfill customer demand and stock both semi-finished and finished goods inventory levels to service level agreement target policy.The ASIC Delivery Manager will oversee multi-discipline cross functional teams, set deliverable deadlines, assign task ownership, drive weekly core-team and 3rd party vendor coordination meetings to align CTB (Clear To build)/status updates/issue directions/drive-track actions/and risk mitigation.Document plans with internal planning and external supplier manufacturing and sales counterparts.Identify and mitigate execution risks.Coordinate multiple work-stream input/out dependencies.Prepare product schedules focused on manufacturing flows and timelines.Drive overall progress.Prepare status reports for upper management regarding status of projects. Specific project deliverables required will be ASIC product build configuration documentation including part numbers, bill of materials, processing flow and package assembly and ATE mfg testing instructions in Kuiper's product lifecycle management and MRP/ERP systems.
The project will require coordinating and tracking transportation logistics across a multi-node international semiconductor supply chain.
Specific deliverables will include delivering lot plans, priority expedites plans, wafer starts, package and test lot plans and work orders, package substrate raw materials, will plan and raise purchase orders, will direct shipping and deployment of chip supply to customer locations, will coordinate all supply operations execution logistics, and maintain tracking records for lot traceability and chain of custody.
