Description
As an ASIC Design and Integration Engineer, your responsibilities span various aspects of SOC design:- Develop memory controller micro architecture and design specifications- Design, implement and debug complex logic in SystemVerilog- Support font-end integration activities e.g. CDC, Synthesis, low power flows- Work with SOC team on subsystem integration- Work with specialists from the Verification, Emulation, Software, Performance, Power, Physical Design teams etc

Substantial knowledge of LPDDR memory and memory controller General knowledge of DRAM interface calibration mechanism is a plus Hands on experience in micro architecture definition, RTL coding, low power design and PPA analysis Experience in chip development with proficiency in front-end tools and methodologies Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python is a plus Preferred Qualifications Education & Experience
Minimum of BS + 3 years relevant industry experience

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,100 and $264,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
