If so, this is the place for you!You will:Drive selection of yield enhancement tools and data analysis standards/reporting.Define and execute characterization and qualification plans for the ASIC on the 93K ATE platform.Define and execute high-voltage stress evaluation plans for wafer sort and release before qualification start.Create burn-in/HTOL hardware requirements and create a strategy for handing off vectors to the burn-in vendor. This will include a validation of temperature, voltage/current, and time.Provide technical leadership to guide the OSAT to satisfy technical and manufacturing requirements in terms of data collection, qualification plans, burn-in specifications, and execution of the plans.To be successful in the role, you must have:Several years of hands on, industry experience in semiconductor product/test engineering of complex digital SOC's.Thorough understanding of Scan/ATPG, MBIST, and Fuse Blocks.A proven track record of collaborating cross-functionally both internally and externally.Education: Minimum of B.S. in an Engineering field such as Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering/Science.What happens once you apply?
