Summary:
As key part of the manufacturing team this position will be responsible for meeting established assembly and shipment goals.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Assemble small components parts in accordance with product specifications, drawings, and verbal, written, and visual instructions Verify all material and equipment is available, accurate, and accounted for prior to beginning process Perform routine assembly operations and processes including visual inspections; check output to ensure highest quality Modify, repair, and rework units as required Keep track of inventory at all times Track all completed work in written form and electronically; accounting for all parts once the work has been completed Produce quality and accurate products in a timely manner Report on issues, malfunction, or defective parts Maintain a clean working environment by complying with policies, procedure, and regulations Perform work in a Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) safe environment Cross-trained to perform other manufacturing duties including, but not limited to: testing RF electronics, part marking, etc. Perform other duties as directed by manager and supervisor. Technical High School Diploma preferred. Microelectronic manufacturing environment experience required Epoxy, hot gas die attach, experience required Wire bonding (manual and auto-bonders), ribbon bonding/wire bonding/ball bonding, experience required Working knowledge of military specifications as it applies to the manufacturing of electronic components preferred, but not required Other Requirements: This is an on-site position.
