Run, connect, and test all fluid and hydraulic lines. Build and install electrical lumens, harnesses, and lighting. Install couplings, fittings, and brackets to marry sweeper body and chassis. Test sweeper to ensure finished product meets Bucher specifications. Maintain shop floor, ensuring a safe and clean working environment. Fabricating parts to meet custom builds. Job Requirements for Mechanical Assembler: Electrical wiring and troubleshooting knowledge. Truck chassis modification and assembly. Ability to work independently. Ability to take direction and meet deadlines. Ability to think outside the box and be creative to meet goals and objectives. Software design knowledge would be advantageous. Ability to take direction and meet deadlines. Working knowledge of shop tools. Verbal and written communication skills. Welding and Fabrication experience. Able to obtain passport.
