Provide guidance, instruction, direction, coordination and leadership to assembly technicians for the purpose of achieving departmental goals.
\n Duties & Responsibilities:Follow visual and written instructions provided.Conduct basic math calculations.Perform visual quality inspections.Train and guide new and existing team members.Record any non-conformances and follow through with potential resolutions.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Achieve departmental work goals.Maintain build schedules to maximize floor utilization.Perform other duties as assigned. Experience, Skills & Requirements:Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.Two to three years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing facility.Basic computer skills.Experience with Microsoft 365.Work well with others and demonstrate a great work ethic.Can work and train in all subsequent Assembly Work Centers.Ability to lift 50 lbs.Detail and process oriented.Must be able to work additional hours and weekends when required.
