The individual selected with lead over 50 people in 8 departments who are active with the final assembly and testing of our hand-held products. This position involves daily interaction in each department along with strong analytical and problems solving skills. The successful candidate requires someone with a history of using TPS methods to create standard work and a continuous improvement mindset. Ludlum Measurements Inc.
