The pay rate is $19-$22 per hour working 1st shift, Monday – Thursday from 6:00 am – 4:20 pm. There is currently mandatory overtime on Friday. The Assembly Operator's primary function is to perform assembly tasks and ensure a high-quality product is ready to send directly to customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Sanding, gluing, cleaning, packaging of product on a frequent basis. Using pneumatic glue guns, pneumatic orbital sander, and assorted power and hand tools on a frequent basis. Clean work environment daily. Using assorted tools, chemicals, and techniques that meets customer and company requirements and prepares packages for shipment. Read and follow process instructions diligently. Experience, Qualifications, and Skillset: Team oriented required. Detailed oriented with strong attention for accuracy required. Read, write, and be conversant in the English language required. Ability to perform basic computerized time clock data entry required. Minimum of three months' assembly experience preferred .
