Openings are for our new 2nd shift.
Monday-Thursday, 10-hour shifts (3:30 p.m. to 1:30 a.m.)
Salary Range: $18.75 per hour + $1 per hour shift premium
What You Will Do:
* Follow all safety guidelines and participate as a fully-empowered team member to achieve organization-wide goal of zero incidents
* Follow specific instructions on completing tasks assigned and is able to make suggestions for improvement
* Loading and unloading mattress sized foam cores from various processing machines that cut and package the cores.
* Apply covers and other material to foam cores, then palletize and/or box them for shipment.
* Ensures that all product is produced in accordance with the Company's quality standards and elevates issues as needed
* Occasionally fills in for other functions outside of primary work area
* Maintains and cleans assigned work area
