Hours: 1st Shift Mon-Fri 6am-2:30pm (Guaranteed Overtime)

Benefits: Affordable and comprehensive health coverage Generous PTO - additional 3 weeks Learning and growth opportunities with onsite training Clean, organized, and safe working environment Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret blueprints Operate power tools and equipment such as band saw, table saw, manual hand brake, drill, grinder, etc Handle and work with different types of material: felt insulation, ceramic, graphite, carbon fiber, molybdenum, stainless steel, carbon steel, etc. Document work process, issues, and usage of material or excess material/parts Communicate with team leader and supervisor in all forms of communication Organize work area and keep it clean and safe daily Work with minimal supervision to accurately accomplish any given task Other duties as assigned/needed Skills and Requirements: 1 year of related experience and/or training High School Degree or GED equivalent Sheet metal fabrication experience preferred Ability to read, analyze, interpret, and comprehend written and verbal instructions, including blueprints Effective communication skills Proficiency in basic math
