So, what will the Asset Visibility Analyst at Terrestris do? The Asset Visibility Analyst is responsible for ensuring accurate tracking, management, and visibility of all physical and digital assets within the organization. What does a typical day look like for an Asset Visibility Analyst? An Asset Visibility Analyst's day is dynamic. The role involves using technology and systems, such as Asset Management Software or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, to ensure accurate and real-time tracking of physical and digital assets. The analyst collaborates with various departments to maintain accurate records of asset locations, conditions, and lifecycle statuses. Additionally, the role includes analyzing asset data to identify trends, ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations, and recommend improvements to enhance asset management practices. The analyst is also responsible for generating reports on asset performance, utilization, and inventory levels, providing actionable insights to optimize asset utilization and reduce costs.
What qualifications do you look for? You
might be the person we're looking for if you have:
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or Business Management.
OR
• 5+ years' experience in Supply Discipline Analytics at the BDE Support Operations Level or the Division Logistics Management Level.
AND
• Common Core GCSS-Army Training and Certification system (GTRAC) certifications: GCSS-A Overview, Basic Navigation, Intermediate Navigation, Data Mining, Process Flow, and Using the EUM+.
AND
• Select Business Area Specific GTRAC Certificates: Unit Supply, Property Book, and S4
AND
• Any two Supplemental GTRAC Training Certificates. (Advanced GTRAC system usage, maintenance and support training, data analysis and reporting, compliance and regulatory training, system administration, software integration, and security awareness)
