Assistant Account Executive

Tombras, a 400+ person, full-service, national advertising agency with a digital mindset, is seeking an Assistant Account Executive
Where you'll be working: This position will be based in our Knoxville office. 
\n What you'll be doing:Monitor and learn the client's business through listening in on meetings, note taking, active involvement in reportingBuild an understanding of client's goals, budgets and how to efficiently and effectively plan against bothAssist AE, SAE, AS on production elements and general servicing of the accountReliably ensure every meeting is prepped and executed flawlessly, anticipating internal and client needsTrack, house and manage all assets on the accountLearn the link between strategy, planning, creative, analyticsOwn small production projects or client request fulfillmentOrganize and Traffic creativeInterface with internal agency departments to monitor the status of on-going projects and ensure smooth cooperation between resources to deliver projects on time and on budgetSchedule and conduct status meetings with internal team What you bring:Previous internship experience at a digital or full-service ad agencyUnderstanding of creative development and production process for both traditional and interactive media-based programsExceptional time management, attention to detail, proofreading and organizational skillsExperience in assisting with the development of client presentationsDemonstrated experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously and working well under pressure
