Assistant/Associate Professor Of Social Work, Program Director

Tabor College is seeking a candidate to join the social work program and serve as a tenure-track faculty in the department. This position also coordinates the program and works closely with the field education coordinator to meet accreditation standards. Other responsibilities include vocational mentoring, academic advising, recruiting, committee service, and additional duties as assigned or needed. A creative approach to innovation and program development is highly desired (e.g. entrepreneurial approach to creating private practices).
Qualifications: MSW required, terminal degree preferred (DSW or PhD). Two years of professional experience beyond master's degree required. Must be licensed as a social worker in the state of Kansas or willing to secure same. Commitment to teaching and service in the context of a Christian liberal arts college is essential. Beginning Date: August 2025 – January 2025 preferred.
