Job Description: The Assistant Coach will help the Head Coach coordinate all phases of a competitive NJCAA Division I swimming program. Including, but not limited to coaching, recruiting, budget management, travel management, rules and eligibility compliance, administrative duties, departmental fundraising, meet management, academic advising, marketing, promotions, and public relations.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree 3 years coaching experience or equivalent experience Ability to pass a background check, have a current license and good driving record Preferred Qualifications: CPR and First Aid Certification Collegiate coaching experience Physical Demands: Acceptable eyesight (with or without correction) Acceptable hearing (with or without hearing aid) Ability to communicate orally and in writing Lifting and carrying Reaching Climbing Walking Standing Bending Stooping Ability to do facility set-up by climbing stairs, ladders, and moving moderately heavy equipment Benefits Summary: Click here for more information on benefits and perks.
