Assistant Controller Position Overview: Our client has a need for assistance with the current workload.

Responsibilities: Assistant Controller will review ap and payroll - to check for accuracy Assistant Controller will review expense reports - will upload the expense reports into Costpoint Assistant Controller will complete project-based analysis or project reconciliation - making sure things are in right place, labor reclassing - moving from project to project in Costpoint Assistant Controller will complete journal entries and some fixed assets work Assistant Controller will complete ad hoc accounting projects Requirements: Assistant Controller should have previous Deltek Costpoint experience 10+ years of experience required for Assistant Controller role (including analysis) Proficient with software and able to use depreciation software Excel - pivot tables and VLOOKUP'S Personality Fit: Easy going Can think independently Thoughtful Not afraid to ask pointed questions Comfortable responding to questions from the CFO Qualified candidates please submit your resume for immediate consideration for this exciting opportunity! #INSEP2024
