Assistant Controller

Job Responsibilities: Assist the Controller in managing all aspects of financial reporting and compliance. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions. Monitor cash flow and assist in budgeting and forecasting processes. Conduct financial analysis to support business decision-making. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to financial reporting. Assist in the preparation of tax filings and audits. Implement and maintain effective internal controls and accounting procedures. Collaborate with various departments to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives. Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
