Ability to work different shifts and schedules as needed JOB DESCRIPTION:Prepare weekly cost reportsPerform all fixed asset accounting functionsPerform month end closing functionsImplement new procedures or policies as directedEnsure full cross training of staffHelp establish procedures and internal controls for departmentsRegularly review procedures and controlsVerify that the location complies with JBS Financial PoliciesReview daily and weekly P&L's for reasonablenessReview variances of weekly vs daily P&L'sPerform monthly reconciliation between Weekly P&L's and General LedgerPerform post balance sheet reviews after each closingAssist the Plant Controller in preparing annual budgetWork with the Plant Controller in conducting post audit reviews of all major CER'sWork with the Plant Controller in special projects assigned by CorporateOther duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor Degree requiredBusiness related experienceExcellent written and verbal communications skills - Including phone etiquetteOrganizational skills with the ability to multitaskMust be able to demonstrate effective people skills10-key and computer skills requiredTrustworthy – Will be handling confidential material
