Responsibilities The Corporate Assistant Controller is responsible for planning, organizing, and influencing department activities and assuring financial records are maintained following generally accepted accounting standards.
The Corporate Assistant Controller oversees general accounting for multiple corporate entities and corporate allocations impacting hospital and system-wide accounting.
The Corporate Assistant Controller will lead, manage and hold the team accountable for agreed upon results and develop team members through all levels of responsibility.

Qualifications EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING Required qualifications: 1.
Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or closely related field.
2.
Extensive knowledge of corporate and hospital system accounting practices and principles.
3.
Progressively responsible positions in the accounting profession.
4.
Experience with large ERP systems.

Preferred qualifications: 1.
Current CPA preferred.2.
Five years of accounting management experience preferred.3.
Five years of team management experience preferred.

Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $97,656.00 to $165,817.60 on an annualized basis.
The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
