Under the supervision of the Director of Admission, Operations & Technology, the Assistant Director will assist with analyzing current practices and improving processes within the Slate CRM.
This individual will assist the Undergraduate and Graduate admission teams, as well as campus partners, with functionality in the Slate CRM.
This position will also process admission files and release decisions and will oversee data reconciliation between the Slate CRM and Colleague ERP.
This position requires a high level of accuracy to ensure that data is secure and accurate, and that each potential student receives correct correspondence from the University.
Responsibilities: CRM Maintenance and Improvement Collaborates with the admission personnel from all areas to create, improve, and maintain processes within the Slate CRM. Maintains documentation for processes within the Slate CRM. Provides trainings for Capital personnel involved in the admission process, specifically faculty members, athletic coaches, and student workers. Generates queries and reports, using advanced knowledge of Colleague ERP and Slate CRM to ensure clean records, data integrity, and clean processes. Data Management Audits and reconciles data between Colleague ERP and Slate CRM. Collaborates with IT and Director to maintain data integrity. Communicates directly with key stakeholders across campus, primarily including admission teams, athletics, and faculty. Releases admission decisions on a regular basis after careful review of records. Data Processing Completes transfer credit evaluations and generates degree audits for potential transfer students. Collaborates with Admission Operations team to coordinate all aspects of processing and maintaining records for all prospects, inquiries, and applications for prospective undergraduate and graduate students. Reviews source materials for completeness and resolves problems related to incomplete or inaccurate data. Assists with various other daily Admission Operations tasks on an as needed basis, including consolidating duplicate records, retrieving, and maintaining transcripts and test scores, managing inventory for physical mailings/materials, etc. Additional Assignments Attends office and university meetings as needed. Participates in professional development opportunities such as conferences, workshops, and meetings. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university required. Previous admission/enrollment experience preferred, Slate or other CRM experience preferred. A Motor Vehicle License is required.
Ability to write for publication that conform to prescribed style, format and university branding.
Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
