This position requires between 1/3-2/3 of time spent traveling. The role has the potential to be 100% remote, with episodic travel to campus as needs of the role arise. Key Responsibilities: Personally solicit alumni to renew and increase giving, conducting face-to-face meetings and virtual meetings. Collaborate with Director, gift officers, and prospect management to identify higher engaged alumni Execute strategies culminating in exceeding annual fundraising goals Assist with alumni activities Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university 1 year or more experience Champion Diversity Equity and Inclusion Strong communication skills in a variety of ways for multiple constituents Exhibit collaboration and organizational abilities Familiarity using CRMs, preferably Raisers Edge Valid Drivers License Willingness to travel frequently and to work some evenings and weekends Preferred Qualifications Experience in higher education or nonprofit a plus Ability to build strong relationships with Grinnell College alumni and other college constituencies Served on teams that have successfully completed comprehensive fundraising campaigns About Grinnell College
