Knowledge of regulations, guidelines and best practices that pertain to long term care also desirable. Possess the ability to plan, organize implement and interpret goals, objectives policies/procedures etc. that are necessary for providing quality of care.Must possess leadership and supervisory ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with professional and non-professional personnel.Certifications: Current licensure to practice professional nursing in the State of Pennsylvania.Physical Requirements: Employee must be physically and mentally able to perform essential job functions which require significant standing, walking, and physical care of residents, including lifting.
