Responsibilities
Assist DON in oversight and responsibility for daily operations of our clinical departmentHiring, training, and development of staff in conjunction with your leadership teamWork directly with residents to evaluate needs and services to accurately assess, communicate and document resident status on electronic care systemAssist in oversight of aides and nurses and other care staff. delegation of nurse duties to unlicensed personnel as neededOther leadership duties as neededOn CallQualifications
