Job Overview:
As an Assistant Project Manager, your primary responsibility will be to assist the Project Manager and Superintendent with overall planning, scheduling, and administration of assigned projects.
You may also be assigned responsibility for specific aspects of a project.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review contracts to ensure compliance.
- Assist in developing project schedules and quality control programs.
- Participate in contract buyout according to company policy within 90 days.
- Contribute to site-specific safety and quality programs.
- Help develop site logistics plans.
- Participate in and document the punch list process.
- Coordinate and document owner training.
- Prepare O&M manuals and warranties.
- Monitor project costs relative to budget.
- Manage schedule updates and assist with project planning meetings.
- Identify potential risks affecting cost, schedule, or owner satisfaction.
- Assist with preparing monthly project status reports and executive summaries.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent technical training and experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction, design, finance, or management.
- Proficiency in project management software (Primavera, Expedition, CGC CMS, MS Word, Excel, AIA Contract Documents).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced knowledge of safety regulations, scheduling, cost control, quality control, and construction documents.
Compensation & Benefits:
-Base Salary: $80k - $95k, dependent on experience
