Position Overview:
A well-established manufacturing company is seeking a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) for the role of Assistant Finance Controller. This position offers growth opportunities in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage operations for operating and holding companies Conduct account analysis and reconciliation Develop and maintain internal financial statements for various entities Manage and mentor accounting team members Utilize accounting software for financial record-keeping Supervise payroll functions and payroll filings Collaborate with Controller on financial projects Qualifcations & Experience required:
CPA qualified 3-5 years of private/corporate sector experience as a Senior Accountant, within a manufacturing environment CPA Firm experience considered an asset Dual currency exposure advantageous US tax experience beneficial Transfer pricing experience Required Skills:
Strong background in full cycle accounting Proficiency in account analysis Proven ability to supervise junior staff In-depth knowledge of financial accounting principles Experience with payroll processing Competitive salary of up to $100 000 offered, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
