JOB SUMMARY:
Daily completion of flash reporting corrections and production of UO, UDX, marquee events, and Executive reporting along with completion of Food & Beverage and Merchandise revenue audits for UO parks and offsite locations. Frequent completion of revenue day closings, journal entries, and analysis. Must use good judgment to prioritize daily tasks and project-related work.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Daily data correction entries and production of UO, UDX, marquee events, and Executive reports using numerous reporting tools and systems; research document errors and respond to general inquiries, escalating problems as appropriate.
Intermediate to complex internal & external audits and account reconciliations using various financial systems; complete revenue day closings for Food & Beverage and Merchandise.
Perform month-end accounting duties, complete journal entries, and reconcile Merchandise data within JDA.
Complete Food & Beverage catering recaps and park-wide office supply orders from the Food & Beverage warehouse, using various financial systems.
Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
Associates Degree (AA) and/or Bachelor's Degree are preferred in Accounting/Finance.
EXPERIENCE:
2-3 years of general accounting and/or financial reporting experience
; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
