Assist in training, leading, motivating, and coaching F&B hosts to ensure company and department standards are met; actively participate and contribute in promotional activities; effectively schedule hosts and monitor inventory to control department costs; provide recommendations for improvements and solutions to generate revenue and maximize profits; certify quality dining experience through effective interactions with guests; be knowledgeable about food and beverage products; appropriately communicate and cultivate effective relationships with hosts and leadership to ensure operational excellence; regularly attend operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments; create and nurture a Great Place to Work for All.
Minimum Requirements: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in line supervisory experience in Food & Beverage required. Experience in a luxury environment and knowledge of Honolulu and surrounding areas desired. Must possess working knowledge of food & beverage operations. Must have knowledge of food & beverage service, cost control, labor control, maintenance, merchandising, and accounting. Must be able to multi-task in a high-volume and demanding environment. Must be able to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems. Must have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations and guests. Must be able to read, write, and speak proficiently in the English language. Must possess a valid driver's license. Must be able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, evenings, and overnight shifts.
Come Work Here! Compensation & Benefits: $58,000-$64,000 with potential for adjustment based on factors such as an applicant's skills, experience and/or education.
