Responsibilities
• Drive culture, problem solve, resolve conflicts, communicate, and motivate to achieve results.• Recruit and equip high-quality operators to deliver great customer experiences.• Build a bench of developed and capable managers and team members.• Lead performance management process for all employees.• Ensure complete and timely execution of marketing programs.• Ensure a safe working and customer experience environment.• Control day-to-day operations by scheduling labor and ordering supplies.• Track customer satisfaction and implement solutions for improvement.• Control Profit & Loss by managing financial reports and taking appropriate actions.• Maintain equipment, facility, and grounds according to company standards.• Analyze sales, labor, inventory, and controllables to achieve growth targets.• Develop and deliver unit-specific Annual Operating Plans.
Requirements
• High School minimum, University Degree preferred.• 1-3 years of management experience in the QSR or retail industry.• Strong math, accounting, and analytical/decision-making skills.• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.• Good oral/written communication skills and team building capability.• Basic PC literacy.• Passion for excellence in food, service, cleanliness, and speed standards.• Dynamic, energetic, positive leader with a drive to get things done.• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance, and employee satisfaction.
