Assistant General Manager Benefits: Above-average base salary of $115K - $120K Medical, dental, and vision with coverage kicking in within 30 days of start. Lucrative and attainable bonus program. Assistant General Manager Responsibilities/Qualifications: Responsible for all Guest Services activities of the venue - coach and develop all direct reports and set expectations for all departments. Polished Leader who can forecast, coordinate, and execute - the ability to bubble information up to the General Manager. Facilitate an unparalleled guest experience through personal interaction, effective delegation, and follow-through. Uphold the brand standards and role model in all instances. At ease with high guest traffic counts - previous experience working in an establishment that did $15 million-plus in annualized sales. Possesses exceptional P n L knowledge to identify revenue streams, close opportunity gaps and develop the surrounding team to do the same. Previous experience in providing guidance and oversight to eight immediate direct reports and team members.
