The Assistant House Manager provides appropriate role modeling in a therapeutic environment that promotes the physical, emotional and behavioral health of each student and assists them in developing adaptive life skills.
They work as a part of a collaborative therapeutic team.
The Assistant House Manager supports the House Manager in providing on-site management in assigned residence including monitoring, quality assurance, staff training and development, and scheduling of personnel.
They also assure the safety and well-being of the children entrusted to the program and maintain a nurturing and supportive environment.
The Assistant House Manager is directly accountable to their assigned House Manager or Residential Director who provide them with supervision and training.
Due to the nature of the workflow and level of responsibility, the Assistant House Manager maintains a flexible schedule.
Qualifications:
Associates degree or (2) years of equivalent college experience + (12) months of human service experience, particularly with children and/or adolescents + (12) months of supervisory experience preferred in any field, or High School diploma plus (24) months of human service experience, particularly with children and/or adolescents plus (12) months supervisory experience in any field preferred Must be at least 21 years' old Must maintain a valid driver's license $3,000 Sign-On Bonus - Schedule an In-Person or Virtual Interview Today!
Crystal Springs is offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus paid in two increments, the first $2,250 on day 90 and an additional $750 upon successfully completing six months of service for certain regularly scheduled positions of twenty hours a week or more.
Bonuses are prorated for regular schedules less than 40 hours.
