What You'll Do: Meet with potential and existing clients to determine space planning requirements and assist in selecting finishes.Develop comprehensive space plans based on client needs and create pricing drawings.Collaborate with the Interior Construction Department to prepare construction estimates and final construction/permitting drawings.Coordinate planning and construction processes with various vendors.Maintain and update existing CAD/Revit drawings and tenant files on the company network, and organize/manage current and prior drawing files.Conduct on-site meetings at client locations to update drawings as needed.
