From New Year's Day to New Year's Eve 2025, the District will explode with shows, exhibitions and events, by and for everyone.

Be paid £150 per day for 40 days of work – that's £6,000 in total (around 8 hours per day including lunch)Gain hands-on experience working with professional producers to deliver high-quality eventsHave access to additional support and mentoring through Bradford Producing HubEligibilityYou are eligible for the PROPEL work placement programme if:

Placement dates: January – May 20252 days per weekSuggested days: Wednesdays and ThursdaysTotal of 40 daysJob ResponsibilitiesThe roles and responsibilities of the successful candidate will include:
Supporting the International Programme Partnerships Lead with all international projectsArtist liaison with visiting artistsWorking with the Venues team to support international presentations in the performance venuesUndertaking research tasksSupporting evaluation and reportingSupporting with hosting international delegationsWorking closely with Events Managers, the Technical/Production team and Venues Programme Coordinator to plan the delivery and smooth running of eventsSupporting the Venues Programme Coordinator in arranging national and international travel, accommodation, visa applications and hospitality for visiting artistsTaking minutes for meetings and distributing them to partners
