• Sales - convert leads to members through follow-ups, relationship building, empathizing, and follow through.• Brand promoters - establish relationships with businesses and influencers to promote the brand through B2B marketing.• Team builders - inspire team members, foster a positive environment, and hit KPIs.• Day-to-day operations - analyze KPIs, manage member engagement, social media, and club cleanliness.• Culture creators - deliver top-notch customer service and create an inspiring environment for members and guests.
Requirements
• Experience in the fitness Industry isn't required, but good communication and soft skills are preferred.• Minimum age of 18 and availability to work scheduled hours.• Friendly, outgoing, warm, genuine, and honest.• Demonstrates drive for results, technologically savvy, and self-motivated.• Good at managing time and schedules.
