Assistant Managers take an active role in the total management of a Jersey Mike's store / operation.
In conjunction with the General Manager (GM), the Assistant Manager shares responsibility for:
Helping to lead operational excellence and the guest experienceProviding coaching to team members to improve performanceEnsuring the shift is appropriately deployed to exceed hospitality and guest standardsHelping to control Cost of Sales through inventory management, tracking, effective ordering, and control of waste and loss each shiftLeading and modelling all cleanliness, safety and sanitation standards
