European Wax Center, is seeking an exceptional Sales Manager with a passion for
sales to oversee operations and drive performance.
Requirements:
•2-5 years of retail/sales experience (required)
•Proven success as an effective sales leaders
•Exceptional customer service and social skills including the ability to communicate
effectively in all situations including guest relations, conflict resolution, individual
coaching and group presentations
The Role:
•Drive center and individual metrics
•Infuse the team with a passion for creating outstanding customer experiences
•Foster a positive work environment that encourages ideas
•Create visual tracking and analytical reports
•Assist in all aspects of daily operations with a focus on achieving sales goals and
delivering exceptional customer service
